Paul Kearney built his career the way he built his teams: with intention, rigor, and a genuine investment in the people around him.
Over 37 years in the insurance industry, Paul rose to serve as Chief Claims Officer at AF Group — one of the nation's leading workers' compensation insurance groups — reporting directly to the CEO and leading nearly 2,000 professionals as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Before that, he spent nearly eleven years at Travelers, where he led 100+ person operations teams and ranked #1 or #2 nationally for customer experience six out of seven consecutive years.
What set Paul apart wasn't just performance — it was how he got there. He designed leadership curriculum at the executive level, built succession pipelines that now populate regional leadership teams, and mentored professionals who have gone on to shape culture across the industry.
He is now available for executive consulting, board advisory roles, and speaking engagements — bringing four decades of hard-earned expertise to organizations and leaders ready to grow.
